????????In every seemingly ordinary moment, a profound depth and beauty awaits discovery. This discovery can not be made by the ego-mind and human brain. Only the heart can. Only the heart has the intelligence to discover what is REAL.????????

For a moment we stood suspended in HIS glory. In GOD’s GRACE we are accepting the abundance in energy that we receive, go forth and use all the energy supplied to you! Know there is unlimited more… use carefully every bit to the benefit of all humankind ????????????????????????????????????

????????Once one drops the search for UNDERSTANDING – once one trusts that all is exactly the way it is meant to be – one becomes relaxed, soft , open, and available to Life. One stops resisting Life. It then becomes possible to experience the miraculous; the gift of being fully alive and free from suffering.????????

????????We are all ONE. We exist in each other along with the trees, animals, the past and future. All that has happened, is happening, and all that is going to happen, exists in us. We hold the potential of a new beginning, a new world in us. We are Life living Itself.????????

????????In meditation, the body’s back is straight, and hands on the lap, the breathing natural and easy. There is music in the silence and a KNOWING that ALL IS WELL. All is exactly the way it is meant to be. Everything comes and goes, only the stillness prevails. Life living itself, in Itself. Namaste. ????????
