????????Fear is a concept, a thought form to protect one from something in the future. When aware, here now, one realizes that there is nothing to be afraid of. When fear does arise, observe and see that it is an emotion(hormonal flush through the body) preceded by a thought of the future.

When no further attention is given to similar thoughts, the emotional rush works itself out within 90 seconds.

So, be aware of where your attention and awareness are. If it is in the future there will be fear and uncertainty. If it is HERE, NOW, there will be NO fear.
