There is a saying, the little foxes ruin the vineyard. Over time small negative activities culminate and then, one day it is a big thing and the dam wall bursts. Take care to communicate the little things that causes reactive actions, make the person doing it aware of one’s reaction and emotion regarding the activity. Once aware of the trigger, change oneself from reacting, to consciously doing an active deed, show the other party by example what one requests. Change is a process and one can’t change another but one can be an example of what one expects. Take a moment, breathe and identify the foxes.
