Lockdown Day 333 – Triple Nelson

Conditioning of the mind is a daily process and one is exposed to a multitude of information. A vast majority of this is useless and very often loaded with deception. Testing oneโ€™s filters and forcing one to consciously manage what one allows to manifest in the subconscious conditioning. Things happen in 3โ€™s and 4โ€™s and more or less… our conditioning often makes us believe, these patterns. No need. When something happens, one can view and analyze the event and actively filter, subconscious old wifeโ€™s tales. Remain vigilant. Everything happens as it should and I am conditioning my subconscious with continuous active positive mantras. I am aware and that allows me to actively manage my outcomes. As one travel through life we have to face certain circumstances and how we act is a conditioning of our thoughts. One can drop the egoistic way of re-acting and have a safety filter in place, controlling oneโ€™s actions , ultimately creating oneโ€™s outcomes. Lockdown Day 331 – Let go

One sometimes find that all the effort and energy to create, is negated. Time to let go. Once we act egoless then one realize that nothing is aimed at you. LockdownDay 330 – Breathe

When one accept that there are things one cannot control the self awareness is switched on. Feeling overwhelmed, just take a moment and breathe. Follow a deep inhalation thru the nose, hold for 5 seconds and let it go, breathing out for 7 seconds. Repeat the process 10 times and experience the calmness that return to the body. Using self affirmations during the process further enhances the exercise. I am calm and in control of my emotions. My calmness shows as an example to others. I am happy and I am healthy. Lockdown Day 328 – Pride

Is so often oneโ€™s downfall. It inhibits the being to exist without prejudice. Live egoless focus on channeling energy beyond the basic instinct to be righteous. Pride in oneโ€™s journey and results is important. However, let go…. and let GOD gave HIS wonderful way! We create barriers and often find that one cannot go back to a past point… Channel energy towards the focussed outcome, be clear on the objectives remain humble and accept the unlimited abundance that the world offers. Do this egoless and see the surprising results.
