Lockdown Day 342 – Reward

Checking the progress, monitoring the success, it is time for an intermittent award. During the season athletes compete, some events they fall short off the mark, others they excel and top the table! However each get rewarded, whether reactive or active accolades! Each experience a step closer to being the ultimate / overall winner. Finding the, I am, in the process. One realize that all energy is one, it is how I channel my gifts that distinguishes me, egoless, from the rest. Lockdown Day 341 – Monitor

Now remember to keep the journal πŸ“” up to date. Measure the daily activity against the plan. When monitoring one quickly notice deviations and doing small adjustments one channel the activity back towards the desired outcome. Incremental adjustments builds up towards achieving the end goal. 1% continuous change over a period of time, makes a big difference without being painful or really noticeable while doing. As example… weight management… adjust a small change in the daily routine, like drinking more water, use less sugar, start an exercise routine or reduce food intake… just a small adjustment and notice the difference in 30 days. Using subliminal audio messages in one’s daily routine is such an incremental step. Remember to monitor the daily successes. With love πŸ’• S

Lockdown Day 340 – Execute

Take the plan and work, small achievable chunks daily. Little steps. Do the tasks required in moderation achieving your planned outcomes. Breath and focus, taking your time to do it right.
