A sensory deprivation tank, also called an isolation tank or floatation tank, is used for restricted environmental stimulation therapy (REST). It is a dark, soundproof tank that is filled with salt water
The water in a sensory deprivation tank is heated to skin temperature and nearly saturated with Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate), providing buoyancy so you float easily.
You enter the tank nude and are cut off from all outside stimulation, including sound, sight, and gravity when the tank’s lid or door is closed. As you float weightless in the silence the brain enters into a deeply relaxed state. Neurological studies have shown that 1 hour in our float pod is equal to 8 hours deep sleep.
This is a highly recommended treatment. Your feedback once done will be highly appreciated. 💕 a windfall opportunity 😜🤪😳👌🙏🙏🙏 S.
🍃🙏Surrender is a constant process of not resisting or clinging to the moment, but instead, just observing it. The attention is thus focused on the process of acceptance and not on the “what” , that is being surrendered.🍃🙏
