“I don’t have the time” is probably one of the worst things one can keep telling their mind. Plus it’s not true. We all have 24 hours in a day, from a super busy CEO, to a homeless guy on the street. Countless time management courses are in the bloom, which is also a part of this misunderstanding. If you are suffering from this misunderstanding and also feel that there’s not enough time in a day, please consider the following…

In Japanese, the character for “being too busy” (taken, or not having time) is represented by two symbols. Symbol for LOSS and a symbol for HEART. We are not so busy because there is not enough time. We are busy because there is no room in our hearts. Or because we’ve lost heart for what’s on our agenda for today. When you operate from a place of gratitude and the fullness of your heart, time disappears and life happens effortlessly for you. If you are “running out of time” daily, realize that time is not your enemy. You are simply in misalignment between what you want to do and what you feel you “must do”. A few simple adjustments within your mind, could resolve this problem for you, rather easily. What do you do when your computer gets all sluggish, buggy and underperforming?

You restart it, right?

And what do you do when even that doesn’t help?

Well…

You reformat the hard drive, give it a new operating system and you reset it completely, so that it performs the best it ever could, right? Resetting your mind is a gift you could give yourself today, that not many people ever get to experience. And yet, most people just add some more juice and keep fighting the fight and keep pushing ahead… against their health and despite the obvious poor performance. Taking a day off from it all… and going out into the nature, could serve you better than you’d ever imagine. Reconnecting with nature is one of the hacks that every professional player in life already knows about. We come back somewhat reset and with clarity of mind. And if you absolutely cannot afford that…  Learn to breathe in an Awakened Heart style, because it would change literally everything in your life. It only takes 5 min per day to do and everyone has 5 minutes, that’s for sure. I can’t make you do it and I can’t do it for you. Only you can do that though, which is pretty cool to be reminded of 😉 If this message doesn’t apply to you, because you and time are buddies already, feel free to send it to someone who needed to hear it. With love 💕 S.

And of course it is day 223. 💐💪🎯
