Breathe…. just where you are.. STOP ????
Sit still, for a moment and consciously focus on your breathing.
Take a big breath in and hold it for 10 seconds… now let all the air out and hold for 7 seconds….
Repeat this 10 times and if other thoughts and ideas comes to mind … just consciously focus on your breathing letting those go…
Now breathe in…….. and out….. in…… and out…..

Just continue for a cycle of 10 x.
