Bring calmness to the day. Start off with ten minutes of deep breathing. In through the nose, holding it for a count of 3 seconds and out through the mouth, blowing it all out for 7 seconds and holding for a count of 5 seconds. Then deep in for 10 seconds. Repeat this 10 times and then revert back to normal breathing. Whenever the mind wanders just re focus on the breathing, in and out. Keep the mind still. With love 💕 S.
