Now GOD gets a turn to talk to us. Going into the silence and clearing all the daily noise in one’s head. Sitting still with a note pad at hand, close the eyes and do some breathing. Relax and let go. If things pop into one’s head, make a note and let it go. Relax, in silence of body and mind… just let it all go. Be silent. Just be calm and enjoy the meditation, let go…. deep breaths going into silence. Start this with 10 minutes daily, as one’s skill develops it becomes easier to remain in silence for longer periods.
